In a part of this speech, Dr. Vameghi mentions: Today, it is no longer a secret to anyone that although the coronavirus pandemic started as a health concern, it gradually became a social problem; because not only people getting infected with the virus were important, but because of the mitigation measures taken by governments to prevent infection at the community level – such as quarantines or business closures, especially in the early months of the pandemic- we faced serious social problems as well; such as the widespread closure of businesses, schools and universities, treatment and rehabilitation centers, and entertainment centers and these in general paused many social activities which in turn became the cause of other problems in our economy, employment, education, and health…
