“System Thinking International Workshop’s second day has been successfully concluded”

The workshop’s second days’, held on Oct. 19^th from 12 till 17 IRST, main focus was to familiarize participants with system thinking basics. During this day and after the Q&A session with the main facilitators including Dr. Takian, Dr. Cobos, Dr. de Savigny, and Maryam Tavakkoli, all participants (31 individuals who had registered as 9 teams) were divided into 6 breakout rooms, every 2 rooms shared one disease as their main theme (TB, Hypertension, and Diabetes, this division was used for the rest of the workshop as well), and each were asked to draw a mind map to demonstrate the flow and challenges that patients of these 3 diseases face along the way. The day’s activities finished by a short panel where each team presented the results of their work and discussed their points.
