“The fourth and final day of the first International Virtual Workshop on System Thinking for health managers successfully came to an end after a short ceremony”

The fourth and the final day of the workshop which was held on 21st of October, 2021, started at 12.00 IRST, and was initiated by Dr. Majdzadeh, Dr. Cobos and Mrs. Tavakkoli, as the main facilitators, with a short introduction to the day’s schedule and proceeded to the group works; which were designed to familiarize the participants with Bizagi and modeling processes. After the teams concluded their work they reported back to the main session and after the final discussions, questions, and a short closing ceremony – during which all present facilitators and course directors thanked participants and the organizers of the event- the workshop officially ended. We hope that this workshop may become the first of many collaborations to come and will initialize the usage of systematic thinking in improving the healthcare system of Iran.

It is noteworthy to mention that each qualified participant was given a jointly signed certificate from HERC and Swiss TPH.
