In a part of this speech, Dr. Olyaeemanesh says: …the main cause of inequalities and injustices in health are factors outside the health system; Although health systems can contribute to Equity in health through financing, equity in access, and equity in utilization, it is not possible to completely reach equity in all health outcomes such as mortality, life expectancy, quality of life, etc.

If health indicators are to be equal; All effective factors must work well together; That is, even if everything is equal in our health system; Facilities are equally distributed; If all people have access to all health services and this potential access has turned into utilization, a small portion of equity in health outcomes will be achieved, while the major part of it will be affected by factors outside the health system…
